Print packaging - All Window mounted in Antique White posted flat ready to fit into a frame of your choice. Without a mount but attached to a card and posted flat ready to be window mounted and framed.

All Prints must be signed for.

If you have any problems receiving the print then please get in touch and we can track the package online. 

Shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in the UK from when the order is made. And up to 3 weeks for international shipping.
 

Full Returns Policy

Original Artwork Return Policy

Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. 

Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work

Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

 

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support at info@jonathansainsbury.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.

Step 3 – Email info@jonathansainsbury.com to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Jonathan Sainsbury Art will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email info@jonathansainsbury.com to give us your order information.

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to info@jonathansainsbury.com

Step 4 -  Jonathan Sainsbury Art will contact you to discuss next steps.

Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for us to find the proof of purchase.

If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then email you with the address to send your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Even if the print is not damaged if you are unsatisfied with it we will give a full refund minus all the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us and we will provide our address for returns.

Please return prints in the protective packaging in which you received it. 

 

Return Shipping of Prints

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an undamaged print because you are unsatisfied with the product we cannot then refund you if the product arrives back with us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost of print from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance when returning products. 

 

Delivery of Original Artwork

Please get in touch if you are interested in any of the originals.

Collection of artwork is usually the safest method of exchanging artwork but this is not always an option. 

Smaller pictures can be packaged and sent in their frame with the glass included. However for larger pictures there is a risk that the glass will break in transit and therefore we will have to discuss the various different methods of delivery.

If the customer chooses to have the artwork delivered by courier they must decide if they want to insure the artwork being aware that many courier services do not compensate artwork with glass. Once the deliver method is decided I will securely package and post the original artwork however the customer must take full responsibility for the state in which the picture arrives. If there is damage to the frame or drawing then this can be taken up with the courier service provided the customer has chosen to insure the parcel.
