JONATHAN SAINSBURY RSW

When I was a child all things to do with nature fascinated me be it a beetle or a bird. I collected everything dead or alive  and with cages and fish tanks everywhere I was a happy boy until the day I had to go to school and forego the wonders of the village pond. I will skip past schooling safe to say it was a disaster but luckily my headmaster said I had to leave and suggested I go to art school as it was the only subject I showed promise.

Going to art school was like being reborn they encouraged me in my ideas and listened to me. I studied for six years and worked on many projects all relating to the natural world be it conservation works or my desire to fly like a bird.
